02AI & Automation

Build the machine.

We help companies optimise their processes with automation and custom tools. Together we find the work in your organisation that should no longer be done by hand. Then we build what replaces it, and train your team to use AI on their own tasks. As a one-time setup, or with us alongside you.

The premise

The question is not what AI can do. It is what you should stop doing by hand.

Most organisations lose hours every week to work nobody would defend in a meeting: copying numbers between systems, reading through threads for one fact, rebuilding the same report every Monday. That work is invisible because it is spread across people.

Find it, name it, and a surprising amount of it can be built away in weeks rather than quarters. What is left is the work worth paying senior people to do.

What we do

Three wayswe help.

Every engagement starts the same way: we sit down with you and your team and look at where the hours actually go. What follows depends on what we find.

01

Process automation

The repeatable work, taken off your team's plate.

Copying numbers between systems, rebuilding the same report every week, reading through threads to find one fact. We map it with you, then automate it. Usually the fastest return.

  • Joint audit of where the time goes
  • Automations across your existing tools
  • Recurring reports generated, not assembled
  • Runs in parallel until it has earned your trust

02

Custom tools

Internal tools built around how you already work.

When off-the-shelf software forces your process into its shape, we build the tool that fits yours. Monitoring, operations, planning, reporting. Yours to keep, documented, and changeable without us.

  • Built on your data and your workflow
  • Working version in weeks, not quarters
  • Documentation and access handed over
  • No dependency by design

03

AI enablement

Your team learns AI on their own tasks, not on examples.

Generic AI training does not survive contact with a real workday. We take the tasks your people actually do, show where AI helps and where it does not, and leave them with working routines instead of slides.

  • Built around your team's real tasks
  • Hands-on sessions, small groups
  • Guardrails: what to trust, what to check
  • Follow-up so it sticks

How we work together

Once,or alongside you.

Setup

01

One-time engagement

Find, build, hand over. Then you run it.

A defined scope with a fixed price. We identify the work worth automating, build the tool or automation, run it in parallel with your current process, and hand everything over with documentation. You own the result.

  • Fixed scope, fixed price
  • Typically four to eight weeks
  • Full handover, no lock-in

Retainer

02

Ongoing support

We stay. New problems get solved as they surface.

For companies where the first tool opens the door to the next five. Monthly senior capacity for new automations, maintenance of what runs, and a standing contact for your team's AI questions.

  • Monthly capacity, cancellable
  • Maintenance and improvements included
  • Your team's AI point of contact

The work

Two systems,built end to end.

01 — Owner governance & automation system

Spirit of Anima

One place where an owner can see what their yacht costs, what it is doing, and what happens next.

For

Owners of 20–40m yachts and the people managing them.

Private yachts are run on scattered spreadsheets, group chats and a captain's folder of receipts. The owner sees a number at the end of the quarter and has no way to interrogate it. This system replaces that: maintenance schedules with what is due and what was done, a running cash book against the operating accounts, charter bookings and their revenue, and a budget view that reconciles the three.

  • Maintenance planning, tied to actual service history
  • Cash book across operating and charter accounts
  • Charter bookings, revenue and client funds, separated
  • Budget versus actual, readable by a non-operator
  • Extends to general operations and assistant tasks

In daily operation on a privately owned sailing yacht in the Mediterranean, built end to end and handed to the people who run her.

02 — Monitoring & intelligence

Community Radar

A weekly read on what people actually say about a brand, written rather than dashboarded.

For

Brand and marketing leads who have to explain a category to their board.

Brand teams have plenty of dashboards and very little sense of the conversation. This system watches the places where a category is genuinely discussed, forums and communities rather than polished social feeds, and turns a week of it into a short written digest: what moved, what people complained about, where a competitor got credit, and which threads are worth answering. It is configurable per brand rather than built once for one client.

  • Community and forum monitoring, not social listening theatre
  • Weekly digest written for a marketing lead, not an analyst
  • Share of voice against named competitors
  • Purchase-intent signals surfaced, not buried
  • Configurable per brand, one system, many instances

Built end to end. First instance configured and in pilot with a launch client.

Also built

Smaller things,same principle.

E-invoicing converter

Excel in, compliant electronic invoice out. Built because the mandate arrived faster than the software did.

Website rebuilds

AI-assisted rebuilds for small and mid-sized companies. Weeks instead of months, at a price that matches the business.

Reporting automation

The recurring report nobody wants to own, generated from the source data and formatted the way it is already read.

Internal workflow design

Mapping where the hours actually go before anything gets built. Often the cheapest part and always the most useful.

How it runs

Four steps.You own the result.

  1. 01

    Find the work, together

A short audit with you and your team of where repeatable effort actually sits. Not every task is worth automating, and you hear which ones are not.

  2. 02

    Build something real

A working version on your data, fast. Not a slide deck about what could be built, and not a six-month programme.

  3. 03

    Run it in parallel

The system runs alongside the manual process until it has earned the handover. Errors surface while they are still cheap.

  4. 04

    Hand it over

Documentation, access, and the reasoning behind the decisions. You own the tool and the ability to change it. No dependency by design.

Technical detail stays confidential. What you get is the system, the documentation, and no lock-in.

Next step

Ready whenyou are.

Thirty minutes is enough to work out whether there is something here: context, timing, scope. No deck required on your end, no pitch theatre on ours.
